WACCAMAW ARTS & CRAFTS GUILD MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Annual 2012 dues are $25 for individual membership, $32 for family membership and $10 for full time students 18 or older. Please complete application and send with your payment to WACG, PO Box 1595, Myrtle Beach, SC 29578. This membership covers the period from January thru December of current year. New members only who join after August 1st will get credit for 2010. PLEASE print plainly so your information can be recorded correctly.
